Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and more.
The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Social Media and Digital Marketing Director , working in close collaboration with the rest of the team to develop and implement paid media strategies, overseen SEO initiatives, and analyze performance data to ensure campaign success.
The role also involves monitoring key metrics, conducting in-depth analysis, producing detailed reports, and staying current with industry trends and best practices — especially within the luxury, fashion, and design sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Set up and manage Meta campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Define and refine audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes, and dynamic remarketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms; identify issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and run creative testing across channels.
- Generate performance reports highlighting KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and engagement metrics.
- Overseen SEO-related tasks, including website content optimization for improved organic visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital strategies align with brand identity and broader marketing goals.
- Stay informed on platform updates, emerging trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience managing digital advertising on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite tools, including Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Pixel implementation.
- Ability to build, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns using advanced targeting methods.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience with A/B testing and creative performance optimization.
- Demonstrated track record of working with high-profile clients.
- Background in e-commerce and/or luxury, beauty, fashion, or design industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; basic knowledge of scripting/programming is a plus.
