Digital Marketing Manager

About Us
Europass Teacher Academy is a network of Erasmus+ training centres with 36 locations across Europe and 30,000 participants per year. Our courses, delivered exclusively in English, are designed for education professionals seeking high-quality, internationally recognised training.
We also run Europass Italian Language School (ILS), a language and culture school based in Florence, offering study holidays, online courses, and long-term programmes for international students who want to live, study, and grow in Italy.
Both brands are managed from our marketing office in Florence, alongside a growing portfolio of other projects.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to become the operational backbone of our digital marketing. Someone who keeps everything on track, coordinates internal resources and external suppliers, monitors performance across all channels, and has the hands-on experience and competence to execute many of these tasks directly.
What You'll Do
The initial projects and activities will depend on the selected candidate, considering we are also hiring more specific profiles. The potential activities include:
- Monitor the performance of ad campaigns, social media, and websites - and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Coordinate the internal content team and external suppliers (agencies, freelancers)
- Manage the social media editorial calendar across our brands
- Handle WordPress/WooCommerce updates, optimisations, and small-scale modifications - reducing dependency on developers for day-to-day operations
- Oversee our main websites and a number of smaller digital projects
- Report directly to the director with regular, concise updates on what's working and what needs improvement
What We're Looking For
- Solid knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience in social media planning and management
- Basic coding skills for independent web edits and minor technical tasks
- Italian and English at an excellent level — mandatory requirement
- Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German, French...) - a strong plus
- Experience coordinating a team or external suppliers - a plus
- Strong organisational skills, operational autonomy
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
What We Offer

- CCNL ANINSEI: salary starting from €1,800 gross/month, based on experience
