We are seeking a creative and driven Digital PR & Brand Strategist passionate about lifestyle, hospitality and luxury. He/she is responsible for crafting compelling narratives, develops and executes online strategies to enhance brand visibility and build positive relationships with our targeted clientele.


Main responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital PR & marketing campaigns.
  • Create, develop and implement unique storytelling to translate into strategic execution and achieve company goals.
  • Ensure that the storytelling created is executed and aligned to the brand strategy and company vision.
  • Develop and execute digital PR campaigns: craft and implement strategies to secure media coverage, build relationships with influencers, and manage online reputation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Work closely with top management, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and consistence brand messaging.
  • Analyse data and track results measuring the impact of PR efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.


Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields is considered as a strong plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital PR and brand strategy is a must.
  • Mandatory experience in luxury brands within hospitality and/or lifestyle industries.
  • Fluent in Italian and English is compulsory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual content is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of Adobe programs is a must.
  • Driving license is required.
  • Frequent travels must be expected for this position.
