The

Digital Sales Specialist

is responsible for driving new customer activation and ongoing case growth for Medit Ortho Software (MOS). This role includes inside sales, cold outreach, lead follow-up, onboarding, and post-sale growth, working closely with our Medit Sales Team to maximize case volume within orthodontic practices.

You will engage prospects early, convert interest into first cases, and ensure customers continue submitting cases over time. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Inside Sales & Lead Conversion Conduct cold outreach and follow-up with orthodontic practices Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for our sales team Re-engage stalled or inactive leads to drive first MOS case submission Support the sales team with follow-up, demos, and deal progression Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

Pre-Sale Enablement Assist with MOS demos, workflow explanations, and readiness checks Reinforce clinical and operational value during the evaluation phase Help move opportunities from interest to activation

Post-Sale Customer Growth Own onboarding and early adoption for new MOS customers Ensure practices submit initial and ongoing orthodontic cases Monitor account usage and proactively address drop-off or underutilization Re-engage accounts to drive consistent and increased case volume

Revenue & Case Volume Growth Partner with the sales team to drive sustained growth within active accounts Identify expansion opportunities within existing practices Turn one-time users into repeat, high-volume MOS customers Track and report on account health, usage trends, and growth metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Clinical, Product, and Technical teams Share market and customer feedback to improve MOS workflows Participate in virtual trainings, webinars, and educational initiatives

What You Bring

2–5+ years of inside sales, customer success, or growth experience Experience with cold calling, outbound outreach, and lead follow-up Orthodontic, dental, healthcare, or SaaS experience strongly preferred Comfortable speaking with orthodontists, treatment coordinators, and staff Strong communication and objection-handling skills CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Highly organized, resilient, and performance-oriented Willigness to travel up to 50%
