We are currently seeking a Digital Specialist to join our Global Digital Team based in Milan . In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing programmatic advertising and paid media campaigns .


Role Overview:

As a Digital Specialist, you will drive improved performance for our clients by applying data, analytics, and technology to digital advertising campaigns running across global markets. You will be involved in all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to optimization and strategic recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate and optimize B2B programmatic advertising campaigns using our in-house DSP
  • Manage and optimize B2B campaigns on our owned media through the Ad Server platform
  • Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Operations teams on campaign setup, asset coordination, and timelines
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to define target audiences and deliver actionable insights to clients
  • Analyze performance data and continuously monitor campaign results to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure data quality assurance and assist with the selection of precise audience targeting criteria
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to support campaign execution and performance reviews


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Digital Media
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing programmatic and paid media campaigns
  • Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environment
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms is essential: DSP, Ad Server, Google Ads, LinkedIn
  • Interest and experience in data and web analytics
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, flexible, problem-solver, and team player
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Knowledge of French is a nice bonus


Working model : hybrid


Assignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with the candidate's experience and skills.
