Digital Store E-Commerce Junior Trader – Maternity Cover

Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and requires being onsite at the Brugherio (MB) office several days per month.
This is a full‑time role – maternity cover.
What You'll Do
Accountable for achieving sales plans for assigned categories.
Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotions for brand and product visibility.
Work with the On‑Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and develop new sales and promotional approaches.
React to business opportunities and challenges to maximize sales monitoring KPIs (Web Sales, Sessions, CR, CTR).
Experiment with different types of offers for existing and new customers, maintaining knowledge of competitors to drive innovation.
Analyze and recap category sales and online content strategy in business meetings.
Manage content resources for video, photography and online assets.
What You'll Bring
Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in multichannel and e‑commerce businesses.
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader, Office Suite (advanced Excel).
Understanding of digital KPIs (Web Sales, Sessions, Visits, CR, CTR, Bounce Rate).
Ability to manage and lead large‑scale projects across multiple business lines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
Customer focus, good time‑management skills, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Native Italian and fluent English.
Salary: 25,600.00 € – 32,000.00 €
