Digital Technology Business Intern - Area Finance

What you will do

The selected candidate will join the Digital Technology team, which supports the Finance and Controlling functions in managing and developing internal projects across the company. Our team acts as an internal consultant on specific projects and requests from the Finance department. You will work closely with the CFO, administration, treasury, and other business areas related to finance.

Key activities include support in project management, consulting, and following daily operations related to SAP and other business systems. While you won’t be working directly on the systems, you’ll need to interface with external system integrators and collaborate with business teams in different geographical regions, including China. You will:

• Support the management of Finance-related projects and requests, including SAP and other system implementation and optimization projects.
• Work closely with business functions to ensure the correct development and implementation of all Finance platforms and processes.
• Serve as an intermediary between system integrators and various business areas, ensuring proper communication and alignment on projects and activities.
• Assist in managing fiscal activities, invoicing, and other general finance processes.
• Support the team in all stages of budget planning, management control, and treasury processes.
• Ensure the correct flow of information and support in reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis activities.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Management engineering, Economics, or related fields;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Basic knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
