Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise in Western Europe by leading and scaling the enterprise sales organization. You will develop front-line managers and account executives, align with executives to shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure predictable revenue expansion across key industries. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize execution and contribute insights on market trends. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to accelerate transformation and build high-performing, diverse teams.

- Develop front-line managers and their teams, driving accountability and growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership and partners to define differentiated offerings and GTM strategies

Responsabilità
- Strong second line sales management experience with enterprise sales teams
- Direct software sales experience (not consulting or services)
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Proven ability to close transformational deals with C-level stakeholders
- Track record of leading through others in a matrixed organization
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Proven success in bringing in new business and optimizing/scaling opportunities
- Data-driven decision-maker with strategic and operational excellence
