As the Director, HRBP for Technology and Product, you will be the strategic architect behind the talent that builds our AI‑first future. You’ll serve as a high‑impact advisor to our CTO and SVP of Product, ensuring our global engineering and product teams are designed for hyper‑growth and peak performance. By leading our EMEA HRBP team and navigating complex European labor landscapes, you will turn organizational design into a competitive advantage and help define what it means to work at the forefront of learning innovation.

The Day-to-Day

  • Partner with Visionaries: Serve as the primary strategic HR lead for the CTO and SVP of Product, aligning global technology goals with high‑impact people strategies.
  • Empower EMEA Excellence: Lead and mentor the EMEA HRBP team, providing critical regional oversight for our product and technology hubs in Italy and beyond.
  • Architect for Growth: Drive organizational design and workforce planning that enables a scaling, AI‑driven SaaS environment to move faster and work smarter.
  • Navigate Global Waters: Expertly advise on European labor laws and build productive relationships with works councils and unions across Italy, France, and Germany.
  • Coach the Leaders: Influence senior leadership on team health, inclusive culture, and effectiveness, acting as a trusted coach to Docebo’s technical executive suite.
  • Champion the Culture: Support the morale and well-being of the Italian workforce, ensuring every “Docebian” feels the pulse of our positive, high‑performance culture.
  • Master the Data: Leverage deep people analytics to identify trends, solve complex problems, and drive measurable business outcomes that prove the value of HR.

Your Superpowers

  • Technical HR Mastery: You bring 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically spent scaling Product and Technology organizations.
  • Global Navigator: You have a proven track record navigating European labor laws and collaborating with works councils/unions in key markets like Italy, France, and Germany.
  • High‑Growth Strategist: You’ve thrived in global SaaS environments of 500+ employees and know how to scale engineering teams of 150+ with agility.
  • Executive Influence: You possess a strong executive presence and the "consultant mindset" needed to advise and challenge technical senior leadership effectively.
  • Organizational Designer: You are an expert at translating complex business priorities into effective workforce structures and talent strategies.
  • Data-Driven Intuition: You speak the language of metrics and use people data to back up your strategies and influence decision‑making at the highest levels.

  • AI Enthusiast: Experience working within an AI‑first or heavily automated software product environment.
  • Multilingual Magic: Proficiency in additional languages like French or German, to better connect with our EMEA workforce and labor partners.
