Experteer Italy is looking for a Director, HRBP for Technology and Product to shape the talent strategy for an AI-first future. You will advise the CTO and SVP of Product while overseeing the EMEA HRBP function, optimizing organizational design across Europe to drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing HR in global SaaS environments and expertise in European labor laws, particularly in Italy, France, and Germany. This position includes benefits like an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and health benefits.
