As Market Access, Pricing and Public Affairs Director you will shape Italy’s access strategy for Genmab’s oncology portfolio. You’ll lead HTA submissions, pricing discussions, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with European and global strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to secure reimbursement and support: a pivotal role as Genmab expands its European presence. Your work will directly influence patient access to innovative cervical cancer therapies and other oncology medicines. You will operate in a fast‑paced, science‑driven environment that values collaboration and impact.

• Identify and develop Italy‑specific P&R strategies and respond to policy challenges impacting the product portfolio
• Translate technical P&R information into actionable recommendations and strategic tactics
• Champion Italian P&R requirements across Commercial Operations and align stakeholders on priorities
• Engage external stakeholders including government agencies and organizations to inform strategy
• Collaborate with European/global teams and external vendors on value access and pricing deliverables
• Lead development of Italian market access deliverables (HTA submissions, local evidence plans, negotiation strategies)
• Develop payer and advocacy engagement plans and liaise with external experts
• Ensure local market access strategy aligns with European/global strategies and establish EU pricing position
• Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and other internal teams

Responsabilità

• 10 to 15 years in Market Access & pricing
• Strong knowledge of Italian market access & pricing landscape
• Strong oncology market knowledge (commercial and clinical)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business fluency in English; fluency in Italian required
