Tecnocap Group is a leading Italian multinational in the metal packaging industry, specializing in metal closures, aluminum aerosol cans, and bottles as well as premium labels. Active in over 100 countries with more than 1,100 employees and 12 production plants, the Group produces highly customized packaging solutions for major consumer brands across food, beverage, wine, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and household products.


We are seeking an Administrative Director with at least 10 years' experience in senior administrative, finance, or governance roles — preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or metalworking environments. This strategic position reports directly to the CFO and is based at the Group HQ in Cava de’ Tirreni.


Key Responsibilities – Internal Control, Processes & Compliance

  • Design & Optimize Financial Systems

Lead the full design, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative, accounting, and financial procedures—ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and robust internal controls that align with internal policies and relevant laws (COSO framework)

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

Direct budget planning, financial forecasting, variance analysis, interim and annual financial reporting, and management reporting—providing transparent, timely data to support strategic decisions and financial oversight.

  • Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Leadership

Develop, implement, and maintain corporate governance policies, including compliance with governance standards, financial regulations, ESG frameworks (GRI, CSRD), and GDPR. Prepare documentation for executive and board committees and oversee adherence to Legislative Decree 231/2001

  • Internal Controls & Risk Management

Establish internal control systems and ensure strong oversight across administrative, tax, accounting, and financial functions. Validate statutory financial statements, interim reports, and tax filings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability

  • External Stakeholder Engagement

Manage relationships with external partners including auditors, tax authorities, legal advisors, ESG consultants, and ERP/IT teams. Coordinate external audits, regulatory reviews, and deliverables—ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

  • ERP & Systems Enhancement

Provide leadership and support in ERP implementations and system upgrades, enhancing process integration, data integrity, and operational scalability.

  • ESG & Sustainability Reporting

Spearhead ESG governance and reporting efforts. Conduct sustainability risk assessments, track ESG KPIs, align reporting with international frameworks (GRI, SASB, CSRD), and engage external auditors on ESG assurance

  • GDPR & Privacy Management

Lead the Privacy Management System to ensure full compliance with GDPR/EU Regulation 2016/679. Supervise data protection initiatives including DPIAs, breach response protocols, internal privacy audits, and staff training.

  • Corporate Governance & Board Interaction

Participate in and support Executive Committees, Corporate Bodies, and Audit/Governance meetings. Coordinate agendas, minutes, decisions, and ensure governance documentation is accurate and updated.

  • Policy Management & Continuous Improvement

Maintain and update corporate procedures in line with evolving best practices in governance and compliance. Provide policy guidance, conduct internal audits, and develop training to embed a culture of risk awareness and operational excellence .


Candidate profile:

  • Experience: 10+ years in administrative, finance, or governance leadership roles (industrial or metalworking preferred).
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, corporate governance, GDPR, and ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CSRD).
  • Systems Proficiency: Strong user of ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Personal Competencies: Strategic thinker with leadership, stakeholder engagement, and high ethical standards.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
