Join to apply for the Director of F&B role at The Social Hub (B Corp) .
As the strategic lead for all things food & beverage, you'll be responsible for shaping and elevating the entire F&B experience at TSH Rome. From our Rooftop Bar & Restaurant to the all-day dining venues, two cafés, and extensive meeting and event spaces, you’ll oversee it all. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, with a dotted line to the Director of Destination F&B, you’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver standout service and creative, sustainability-driven concepts that reflect both local flair and our brand identity. This is a unique opportunity to put your mark on one of our flagship locations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the F&B management team, including the Executive Chef, Bars Manager, and Restaurant Managers.
- Oversee all F&B outlets, including a conference and events program, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Drive innovation in menu development, focusing on creativity, local sourcing, and seasonal ingredients.
- Develop and execute F&B strategies that enhance guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and initiatives that showcase our F&B offerings.
- Incorporate sustainable, eco-friendly practices in line with our future B Corp status.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize F&B operations and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback proactively.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including ongoing staff training.
Who You Are
- Proven experience leading large teams in restaurants, kitchens, and bars, with a natural ability to inspire and develop others.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior F&B management role, ideally in establishments with a minimum of £4M+ annual revenue.
- Skilled in change management and improving processes within F&B operations.
- Financially adept, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multi-departmental F&B functions.
- Digitally savvy, with experience utilizing digital tools to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
