Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rome for the position of Director of Food And Beverage. The Director of Food And Beverage will manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, develop and implement service standards, oversee budgeting and cost control, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role also includes staff training and development, maintaining health and safety regulations, and enhancing guest relations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within luxury establishments, preferably in 5*L hotels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HACCP and workplace safety regulations, with relevant certifications.
- Fluent in Italian and English;
knowledge of additionallanguages is an asset. - Guest-oriented with strong attention to detail.
