Director Of Revenue

We are seeking a commercially astute Director of Revenue to shape and lead the revenue strategy for this extraordinary property. The Role

The Director of Revenue is responsible for driving total hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and distribution optimization. Reporting to the General Manager and working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, this role ensures that revenue strategy is both disciplined and inspired — reflective of the prestige and positioning of Baccarat Hotel Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the hotel's brand positioning and financial objectives
• Lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory management to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and total revenue performance
• Optimize distribution channels, ensuring rate integrity and strategic channel mix
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to anticipate trends and opportunities
• Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and drive demand generation
• Chair revenue meetings and provide clear, data-driven insights to the Executive Committee
• Oversee budgeting and long-term strategic planning related to revenue performance
• Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and innovation

Profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Revenue (or senior revenue leader) within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset
• Deep understanding of the Rome market and international luxury travel trends preferred
• Expertise in revenue management systems and distribution strategy
• Analytical precision balanced with creativity and strategic intuition
