We're Hiring | Director of Sales & Marketing

Armani Hotel Milano is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales & Marketing to join our Executive Committee and lead the hotel's commercial strategy during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished luxury hospitality professional to shape the commercial success of one of the world's most iconic lifestyle brands.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Communications & Digital Marketing, driving revenue performance, strengthening our market position, and reinforcing Armani Hotel Milano's reputation as a benchmark for contemporary luxury hospitality.

We are looking for a leader who has:

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within luxury hospitality.
  • A strong background in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
  • An established international network within the luxury travel industry.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership style.
  • A passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business results.
  • The ability to translate brand vision into commercial success.

Requisiti:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. A Master's degree is considered a plus.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in luxury hotels or internationally recognized hospitality brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies, including brand positioning, digital marketing initiatives, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of revenue management principles, market segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
  • Established network within the luxury travel, corporate, MICE, and leisure segments is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
  • Fluent English and Italian. Knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required for business development, trade shows, and client meetings.
