THE MISSION

You are the master of the deal – you are the driving force behind Mama’s growth.

As our Sales Director, you lead the commercial strategy, build powerful partnerships, and ensure Mama is always top of mind, fully booked, and impossible to resist. From corporate deals to leisure business, group bookings to long‑term partnerships, you turn opportunities into results while spreading Mama’s energy wherever you go. You don’t just sell rooms – you sell experiences, vibes, and unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generator – drive top‑line revenue through strategic sales planning, proactive prospecting, and strong account management.
  • Market Strategist – develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder – build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Master – manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and ensure consistent conversion and growth.
  • Brand Ambassador – represent Mama Shelter externally at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings, bringing our personality and energy everywhere.
  • Team Leader – lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Collaboration Champion – work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure aligned commercial strategies.
  • Performance Analyst – monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Negotiation Expert – negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value while protecting Mama’s commercial interests.
  • Opportunity Hunter – identify emerging markets, segments, and partnerships to drive long‑term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in hospitality sales leadership.
