About the Role
Director of Strategic Partnerships based in Milan—a luxury industry veteran with the influence and network to open doors at the highest levels of Italian luxury houses (Gucci, Prada, Bulgari, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, Valentino, Loro Piana, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Yibi Group and Italian Luxury Maisons to secure exclusive licensing agreements for untapped lifestyle categories (Lifestyle, Home, Tech‑Accessories, Premium Hardware).
- Present Yibi Group’s unique Dual‑Model: combining jewelry‑grade manufacturing precision with senior e‑commerce mastery to drive significant new revenue streams in China.
- Articulate the value of China’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem for brand extensions, ensuring every artifact aligns with the Maison’s aesthetic standards.
- Leverage your existing network to navigate the organizational structures of major luxury groups, ensuring our vision reaches global decision‑makers in Brand Development and Licensing.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience within the Italian luxury ecosystem and direct access to decision‑makers in Milan’s Quadrilatero della Moda and beyond.
- Proven track record in Brand Licensing or Category Extension, translating heritage into high‑growth commercial realities without diluting brand equity.
- Performance‑driven mindset: inspired by results and can leverage Yibi Group’s China Gold success story to prove that Yibi Group is the most agile partner for capturing the modern Chinese consumer.
- Possess an Italian taste for luxury with strategic vision to understand why China’s digital economy requires a senior, local operational partner.
