PVJets is a premier aviation charter company, specializing exclusively in private jet charter services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, celebrities, and corporate clients. From its headquarters in Milan and operational offices in Lugano and Dubai, PVJets executes over 1,000 private jet missions per year in 80+ countries, offering 24/7 mission control, global access to aircraft, and bespoke concierge-level support.

We are now looking for a Global Director to lead our international expansion and the development of new offices in key markets including France, the UK, the Gulf, and the US. This is a strategic role for an entrepreneurial and internationally connected executive who can bring together executional rigor and luxury service intuition.

The Global Director will report directly to the Founding Partners and will be responsible for scaling the PVJets global footprint. This includes identifying growth markets, setting up new operations, forming local partnerships, and building high-performing commercial teams.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute international market entry plans with focus on Paris, London, Riyadh, and New York.
2. Launch and manage new local offices, ensuring alignment with brand standards and service excellence.
3. Build strategic relationships with aircraft operators, airport partners, UHNW intermediaries, and luxury travel players.
4. Recruit, onboard, and mentor local commercial and operations teams, maintaining a performance-driven culture.
5. Enhance brand visibility and client experience.

We seek a senior professional with both strategic vision and operational discipline — someone ready to elevate PVJets to the next level of global scale.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years in senior roles in private aviation, luxury travel, transportation, or ultra-high-end services.
• Proven success in launching offices, entering new markets, and scaling international operations.
• Fluent in English; French, Italian, or Arabic are strong assets.
• Ability to build multicultural teams and represent the brand at top-tier events.
• Experience leading the growth of a top-tier private jet charter brand.
• Capability to shape international operations and enter new markets with full ownership.
• Comfort working at the intersection of luxury, aviation, and entrepreneurship.
