  • Summary
  • The Director, Sales Operations drives the efficiency, optimization, and direction of sales for the organization. They will oversee the sales process, from forecasting and pipeline management to sales analytics and reporting, ensuring that key deals progress smoothly through the sales funnel. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, they will introduce and refine processes to improve sales effectiveness, enablement, and productivity. Additionally, they will take responsibility for key customer account(s) as assigned, maintaining but also driving sales growth of the account(s) through newly added business, using a wide range of sales strategies to drive sales growth.

    • Responsibilities
    • Drive sales growth by strategically developing and nurturing senior relationships with key customers. Leverage sales operations, customer-facing skills, and careful planning to build long-lasting, meaningful connections that foster strong customer loyalty.
    • Represent and drive growth of company brand through sales activities, interfacing and participating with industry, attending industry events, etc.
    • Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and initiatives for key customer(s) accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth targets.
    • Drive the development of territory, account segmentation, and sales quota setting processes to maximize sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
    • Own the sales forecasting process and work with senior leadership to ensure alignment between forecasted and actual sales performance for key global account(s) as assigned.
    • Provide actionable insights based on sales performance data and market trends to guide strategic decision-making at the executive level.
    • Ensure alignment of global key account sales strategies, processes, and metrics across all regions (where applicable), while tailoring initiatives to meet local needs and market conditions.
    • Oversee the integration of key sales tools (CRM, ERP, forecasting, etc.) with other business systems to enhance data flow, visibility, and decision-making for key accounts as assigned.
    • Identify and implement best-in-class sales operations practices, systems, and tools that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the global key account sales function.
    • Education & Credentials
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, bachelor’s or related field and 12+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor industry, with 8+ years progressive leadership experience or
    • Master’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, business, or related field and 10+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor industry, with 6+ years progressive leadership experience or
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Compensation
    • Base pay for this role is between €74,165 and €121,149 annually. Base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
