Prestigious luxury boutique hotel seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive commercial performance, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and support the continued growth of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop department heads and hotel teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and luxury service expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between ownership and hotel operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in luxury 4 or 5-star hotels.
• Strong background in Rooms Division, F&B, Revenue Management, and Sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Results-driven mindset with strong financial acumen.
