We are looking for an innovative and motivated Sales Manager to lead the development of new sales channels for our reuse parts business at the Dismantling Center located in the Circular Economy Mirafiori Hub in Turin, with a focus on e-commerce solutions.
This role will require strategic vision, excellent sales acumen, and expertise in building sustainable business models that align with circular economy principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales plan development
- Define monthly and yearly sales plan to reach Net Sales TGT
- Keep under control stock rotation KPIs
- In collaboration with Pricing, support Purchasing to assess volume by model for the ELV’s pipeline
2. Channel Development:
- Identify, assess, and build new sales channels in local and global markets within Europe
- Develop partnerships and collaborations that promote reuse parts and sustainability
- Develop business opportunities with Insurances and Fleets (B2B customers)
- Promote Mirafiori Reuse Business as part of P&S 360° offer
3. E-commerce Focus:
- Design and implement strategies to establish and grow e-commerce sales platforms.
- Leverage technology to enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Formulate short- and long-term sales plans for newly developed channels.
- Set measurable targets and monitor performance across all sales channels.
- Define promotion to deliver stock rotation KPIs TGT
5. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Benchmark other dismantlers to understand their KPIs and strength
- Use insights to refine strategies and drive innovation in channel development.
6. Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, ELV purchasing and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Provide training and support to teams involved in new channels.
Experience:
- Proven track record in developing new sales channels and driving business growth.
- Experience in e-commerce and sustainability-focused industries is a plus.
Technical skills
- >5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Good level in Excel
- Sales & Business, Finance & Economics
- Data analysis, Analytical skills, synthesis & priorisation
- Fluent in English, Italian is an asset
