Overview

FIT in NETWORK, an international network of senior professionals specializing in Executive Recruitment and Interim Management, is expanding into Italy. We are inviting a limited number of experienced professionals to join as Independent/Secondary Associated Partners. The role is a high‑level, part‑time activity designed for senior executives who wish to leverage their network to generate strategic opportunities for FIT in NETWORK.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop Executive Recruitment and Interim Management opportunities within your network.
• Connect C‑level decision‑makers with our community of over 30 000 professionals.
• Facilitate high‑level introductions and strategic mandates.
• Contribute to the development and presence of FIT in NETWORK in Italy.
• Collaborate with a selected circle of international Associated Partners to strengthen our footprint.
• Support Executive Recruitment & Interim Management projects in Italy and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior corporate experience.
• 10+ years based in Switzerland (or strong Swiss C‑level network).
• Active executive, consultant, or entrepreneur with a robust decision‑maker network.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).
