Job description

• Technical proficiency in control systems. Through understanding of Batch s88 standards(CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc).
• ABB 800 XA DCS proficiency in different industries.
• Design, program, implement, test, and document ABB 800 XA DCS
• Experience with controllers, Networking and I/O modules.
• Electronic Marshalling, IO cards, Power carriers
• Communication – OPC, Ethernet, Profibus, HART, Profibus, Modbus, AS-Interface, and DeviceNet etc.
• Integration with third-party systems
• Software – Configuration software, building the control strategies and view (Process and control screens) Recipe, Database administrator etc.
• Control strategies as per SDS, design and development of screens, faceplates, and trends for real time and historical
• Design of process, alarm and event reports
• Software iFAT, integrated FAT, start-up and site commissioning
• Startup and commissioning
• As built documentation

Qualification

• B.E/B.Tech- Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Computer Science.
• 5-8 Years of Industry Experience in the Implementation of ABB DCS 800XA (Life Science domain preferred)
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Administrative, And Leadership Skills Are Essential.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented, multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
