Distribution Planning Manager

In this role you will lead Campari Group’s regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, service levels, and inventory performance across the network. You will coordinate cross-regional planning activities, drive data-driven decisions, and contribute to supply chain efficiency and cost control. Your work will support a scalable logistics network and standardized planning processes in a fast-moving, global business. This is an opportunity to shape distribution strategy in a market-leading spirits company. base salary 55-65K EUR potential variable compensation benefits package diversity & inclusion commitment Lead and develop a team of 6 Distribution Planners with a focus on capability building and continuous improvement Achieve target service levels and inventory targets across the regional distribution network Oversee deployment planning and inventory optimization for EMEA and export markets Coordinate the end-to-end H2H planning process from Americas plants, consolidating inputs from EMEA, APAC and Developing Markets Lead weekly S&OE reviews with EMEA markets and define mitigation actions for risks Coordinate Supply Review activities, including risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and scenario evaluation Drive allocation and prioritization decisions during constrained supply Align regularly with Americas and APAC planning teams to address supply challenges and opportunities Contribute to logistics network optimization, focusing on inventory productivity, service, and transportation efficiency Promote standardization, process excellence, and planning system adoption across the organization Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations or related disciplines 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution Planning, Supply Planning or End-to-End Planning Proven people management experience in international environments Strong understanding of inventory optimization, deployment planning and logistics networks Experience operating within S&OP / S&OE processes Advanced knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP ECC/S4 and analytical tools Fluent English; additional languages are a plus In this role you will lead Campari Group’s regional Distribution Planning for EMEA, guiding a team to ensure optimal product availability, s… #J-18808-Ljbffr
