Job Description

We are looking for a Go-To Market Coordinator

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing 360° marketing plans across all distribution channels in Italy (DOS, Franchising, Wholesale), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maximizing business performance. Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving brand visibility and commercial results through integrated marketing activations tailored to each channel's specific needs.

Role Purpose

The Go-To Market Coordinator will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across DoDo's Italian distribution network, encompassing Directly Operated Stores (DOS), Franchising (FHS), and Wholesale (WHS) channels. This role requires a strategic yet hands‑on approach to create impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, partner satisfaction, sales growth, and brand experience. In this strategic role you will design customized marketing plans, manage events from briefing to implementation, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain direct relationships with wholesale partners to ensure brand consistency and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for DOS, Franchising and Wholesale channels in Italy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication strategy
  • Design and execute channel‑specific marketing activations with a primary focus on Retail (DOS and FHS) and strategic support for Wholesale partners
  • Brief, develop and implement events across all three channels, creating modular formats tailored to each distribution type
  • Manage direct interface with Wholesale clients, negotiating and implementing customized marketing initiatives that maximise partner engagement and ROIAllocate and monitor marketing budgets across channels, ensuring optimal resource distribution and tracking performance metrics
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to support strategic projects, campaign proposals and results analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Execute operational tasks including creation of Purchase Requisitions, supplier registration and coordination of shipments to clients and/or suppliers
  • Monitor, analyse and present campaign results using advanced Excel skills to track KPIs and inform data‑driven decisions
  • Coordinate in‑store and partner events, working closely with external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support Area Managers on day‑to‑day activities including new store openings, project presentations and local marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand Image, Digital and Media, Commercial team, Procurement and Administration teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while adapting messaging to channel‑specific requirements

Profile & Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in trade marketing, retail marketing or channel marketing within the luxury, fashion or jewelry sectors
  • Channel Expertise : Proven experience managing marketing activities across multiple distribution channels (Retail DOS, Franchising, Wholesale) with ability to tailor strategies to each channel's needs
  • Strategic Mindset : Ability to develop comprehensive 360° marketing plans that integrate events, CRM, visual merchandising and promotional activities while maintaining brand positioning
  • Technical Skills : Advanced Excel proficiency for budget management, performance tracking and data analysis; strong PowerPoint skills for compelling presentations
  • Soft Skills : Excellent organisational and project management abilities; strong negotiation skills for partner management; hands‑on execution mindset combined with strategic thinking; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Languages : Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
