We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Doorman to join the dynamic team of Borgo Santo Pietro. The role requires a professional and guest-oriented individual who will create exceptional first and last impressions, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures with elegance, discretion, and attentive service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the hotel entrance, ensuring an impeccable first impression
- Manage and supervise guest arrivals and departures at the main gate in a professional and discreet manner
- Communicate promptly with the Front Office team regarding guest arrivals, departures, and relevant information
- Verify hotel reservations and restaurant bookings before granting access to the property
- Provide guests with clear directions and guidance for driving and parking within the hotel grounds
- Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and outlets
- Respond efficiently and courteously to guest questions, requests, and last-minute needs
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant departure experience, being one of the final points of contact for guests leaving the hotel
- Maintain a polished, attentive, and guest-focused presence at all times
Who you are:
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service
- At least 1 year of experience in the role, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional languages is considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
