Local Pharmacovigilance Person (LPPV) – Italy (Part-time, Freelance)
BioTalent is looking for an experienced Local Pharmacovigilance Person (LPPV) to join our network in Italy on a part-time, flexible basis.
Location
- Must be resident in Italy - Fully remote, with availability aligned to Italian regulatory requirements
Language
- Fluent Italian (required) - Strong working proficiency in English
About the role
As LPPV, you will act as the local pharmacovigilance contact in Italy, ensuring compliance with national regulations and supporting our clients with local PV responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance in Italy - Ensure compliance with AIFA requirements and local PV legislation - Liaise with Italian health authorities where required - Support local literature monitoring and reporting obligations - Provide input into PV systems and local procedures - Collaborate with global PV teams and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as an LPPV (or equivalent PV role) in Italy - Strong knowledge of Italian pharmacovigilance regulations - Experience interacting with AIFA - Excellent organisational and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing role

- Sole trader / individual consultant - Freelancer (Partita IVA) - Limited company (Ltd.)
