Are you a data-driven marketer with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for turning digital channels into growth engines? We’re looking for a Digital Product Marketing Specialist to lead the optimization of our e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation channels across national and international markets. If you're ready to make a tangible impact on sales and customer acquisition, this could be the right role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and inbound lead generation.
  • Manage and continuously improve digital assets : e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms.
  • Increase the contribution of digital channels to become the main source of qualified leads and direct sales.
  • Work closely with Sales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality and conversion.
  • Use data and performance analytics to monitor results and optimize digital initiatives.
  • Launch and adapt digital product campaigns across Italy and international markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure full channel integration.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new promotional opportunities.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, digital sales, or related areas.
  • Strong sales-driven mindset , used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead gen tools.
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong result orientation .
  • Experience working in both national and international markets .
  • Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in cross-functional team environments .
