We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist to support the management and development of our online sales channel, contributing to business growth and performance improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel;
- Assist in the implementation of online commercial strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs, conversion rate, traffic) and prepare reports;
- Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversion rates;
- Support promotional activities and pricing strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain);
- Monitor targets and support corrective actions when needed.
