The E-Commerce is responsible for the operational management of the brand's online channels. Starting from the budget, shared with the Digital Business Manager, organize the activity plan for your role. Its main objectives are: - updating of online channels in a timely, effective manner and taking into account commercial needs. - management of the relationship with the brand with a view to constant alignment with the results and activities implemented
Qualifications
Supervises the correct functioning of online channels
Self-activates in the management of technical problems relating to the front end of the site
Promotes and establishes a flow with communication regarding the contents to be managed periodically
Supervises the newsletter flow based on the commercial plan and verifies its correct implementation based on company guidelines
Develops understanding of consumer behavior and suggests any actions to be taken on a commercial level
Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital, finalized activities to innovation and improvement of effectiveness-efficiency of its Responsibilities
Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
