E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist to support the management and development of our online sales channel, contributing to business growth and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel;
• Assist in the implementation of online commercial strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs, conversion rate, traffic) and prepare reports;
• Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversion rates;
• Support promotional activities and pricing strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain);
• Monitor targets and support corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital sales;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel;
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Team player with good communication skills.
