Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Sales Professional, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the e_Mobility area.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements, tenders, and RFQs in the electric mobility domain.
  • Define the optimal technical solution (hardware, software, services) aligned with customer needs and internal portfolio.
  • Prepare complete technical proposals, including system architecture, single‑line diagrams, layouts, and technical descriptions.
  • Contribute to commercial proposals in cooperation with Sales (costing assumptions, scope definition, exclusions).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, grid codes, and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, or similar technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical proposal engineering, system engineering, or e‑sales.
  • Experience in electric mobility, power infrastructure, energy systems, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical power systems (LV/MV), DC charging technologies, and grid integration.
  • Understanding of eMobility ecosystems (charging hardware, backend software, energy management, services).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single‑line diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations (IEC, grid codes, safety standards) is a plus.
  • Experience with proposal tools, Excel‑based costing, and technical documentation.
  • CAD tools and simulation tools are a plus.
  • Passion to never‑stop growing.

  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
