JOB SUMMARY:


We're looking for a proactive, collaborative and curious team player who will be part of a newly established, passionate eCommerce team, based in Milan, and will support the day-to-day operations while being exposed to the department strategies.


The candidate will have the chance to learn what's behind an ecommerce business from strategy to execution, developing knowledge within the luxury-fashion industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Support the Ecommerce team in achieving sales and traffic targets.

· Support in analyzing ecommerce KPIs and performance data to generate actionable insights that support business growth.

· Support in delivering regular and ad hoc reports to key stakeholders and internal meetings.

· Contribute to the planning, execution and reporting of the email marketing calendar.

· Provide operational support across all European omni-channel ecommerce platforms (direct and marketplaces).

· Work with Client Service global teams to support customers throughout their journey.

· Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, monitor competitions activities and highlight opportunities to the ecommerce team.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


· Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office tools.

· Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
