What You'll Do  

  • As our E-commerce Optimization Lead, you’ll own the performance of our e-commerce platforms, driving revenue and conversion through clear strategy and flawless execution. Your responsibilities include: 
  • Manage and improve the e-commerce experience, ensuring measurable results. 
  • Create and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap based on input from leadership. 
  • Oversee UX, SEO, and data teams, keeping efforts focused on high-impact pages. 
  • Manage A/B testing and CRO using tools like GA4 and VWO. 
  • Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices on all new pages. 
  • Analyze e-commerce data to generate insights and guide decisions. 
  • Optimize monetization of digital guidebooks, including AdSense. 

Skills

  • Expert in GA4, Google Search Console, and VWO. 
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO & metadata 
  • Skilled in creating and managing clear roadmaps. 
  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions. 
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma. 

Experience

  • 4+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams. 
  • 2+ years managing A/B testing and CRO initiatives. 
  • 2+ years working with SEO and metadata optimization.
