In this role, you will shape procurement strategy for Indirect Materials & Services across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive value, sustainability, and digitalization. You will lead category initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and champion AI-enabled procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting. Responsabilità

• University degree (business or engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or category management
• Proactive and collaborative attitude with growth mindset
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
• Negotiation and contract management expertise
• Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data-driven procurement
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
