Electrical HV Construction Manager

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are seeking an Electrical HV Construction Manager in Milan.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate and manage our construction projects , for Electrical High-Voltage discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining methods , operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints ,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations , monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling ,
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors ,
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals , compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules .

With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy .
