Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of electrical work on multi-family construction projects.
2. Manage and coordinate production crews, ensuring efficiency and quality.
3. Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
4. Conduct inspections and enforce safety standards on-site.
5. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
6. Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain high performance.
7. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent, particularly in multi-family construction.
2. Strong understanding of managing and coordinating production crews.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
5. Local candidates only; relocation not available.

Compensation:

1. Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000.
2. Health benefits allowance provided.
3. Truck Allowance.
4. Fuel reimbursement.
5. PTO.
