A protagonist in the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Electronics Division, we are looking for an **Electronic Engineer** for our **La Spezia** office.The person will mainly deal with the following activities:* Define the electrical functional scheme of the system based on the identified requirements.* Design electrical systems, electronic devices and functional electrical diagrams.* Provide support to the design team for the Documentation and Configuration necessary to create the system on the company's management software.* Provide support to the design team in charge of electronic boards for defining the necessary requirements.* Define and develop the equipment necessary for system integration.* Define integration specifications.* Monitor and prepare what is necessary for the homologation and/or qualification phases according to the indications.* Set up the test bench and integrate the system on the bench.* Perform all system validation tests (HW and SW) on the bench.* Follow the setup of the Leonardo system.* Integrate the system and conduct final tests.* Support production departments for series startup.* Draft the relevant technical documentation.**Educational Qualifications:*** Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Biomedical or similar.**Seniority:*** **Junior**: 1-3 years of experience.**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of designing electrical systems, electronic devices and functional electrical diagrams* Basic knowledge of prototype integration and testing* Knowledge of Autocad or similar design software and the Office Package* Desirable: previous experience in similar roles.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team* Communication and interpersonal skills* Organizational skills* Problem-solving attitude* Orientation towards innovation and the study of new technical solutions**Language skills*** Good knowledge of written and spoken English, B2 level.**IT skills*** Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Word, Excel, Power Point.**Other**The ideal candidate offers their availability to carry out work mainly at the office and to travel for short/medium periods, after adequate on-the-job training, in Italy and/or abroad.***We await your application***: send us your CV within **three weeks** from the opening of the job announcement.***How does the selection process work?***Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, focusing on motivation and aptitude, followed by an in-depth technical interview with the Business.At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.**Involvement**, **enhancement of skills**, care for **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our company culture.We strive every day to foster an **inclusive and stimulating work environment**, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity and valuing diversity.**What do we offer?* **Fixed remuneration** commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by **bonuses** linked to business results;
