Job Description We are seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of advanced EW solutions for airborne platforms. The role focuses on system-level engineering, signal analysis, SW solution and integration within complex avionics architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of Electronic Warfare systems at system and subsystem level
Support integration and verification of EW systems with avionics and mission systems
Support integration and verification of EW system on ground and inflight at helicopter level
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, system engineering)
Participate in system reviews, documentation, and technical trade-off analyses
Ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic, Electric, Telecommunication or Automation Engineering; Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering)
Knowledge of RF systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing
Knowledge of Real Time Safety Critical Embedded SW development aspects
SW design and development methodologies (Model Based design, Matlab/Simulink modeling and testing)
Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages
Familiarity with avionics or complex embedded systems
Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in team‑based, technical environments
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Electronic Warfare or sensor systems
Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools
Understanding of system integration and verification activities
Familiarity with requirements management tools
Project management skills
Strong problem solving capabilities and proactive customer satisfaction approach
Team working and leading in a cross‑functional and geographical team
Inclination to work in line with standards, rules and objectives
Thorough understanding of the entire software development life‑cycle
Interest in Human Machine Interface (HMI) aspects
