In this role you will drive continuous improvement initiatives at the Cascina Costa site, aligning with Leonardo's operations and industrial excellence goals. You will collaborate with multiple plants to identify, evaluate, and implement improvement projects that impact cost and performance. You will lead data-driven problem solving, track progress, and promote a Plant-by-Plant CI roadmap to sustain results. You will shape improvements that enhance efficiency, capability, and customer value within a global aerospace and defence context. target bonus 8% RAL welfare vouchers 250 per year ongoing training and development Analyze cost deployment data to identify improvement opportunities with stakeholders Support production plants in expediting initiatives and generating new ones to meet targets Collect ongoing initiatives, assess economic impact, track status, and elevate risks Monitor results and plant performance impacts with relevant stakeholders for final validation Promote and oversee a Plant-by-Plant CI roadmap throughout the year Lead problem solving sessions, define metrics, root causes, and implementation plans Conduct periodic reviews to drive permanent change and support cultural training Bachelor or Master in Scientific field Experience in manufacturing CI, quality, or manufacturing engineering; project management and Kaizen experience preferred Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Problem solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills; team leadership capability Multicultural collaboration ability; proactive and self-motivated English language at upper-intermediate (B2)
