Key Responsibilities

Manage

quotations

(spares/repair) utilizing established management tools (SAP, E-Commerce, etc.).

Process and monitor assigned

customer orders , ensuring compliance with both internal and external priorities.

Collaborate closely with internal departments and functions (e.g., Material Management, Warehouse, Quality) to ensure adherence to

Lead Time

and

Turnaround Time (TAT)

commitments.

Ensure all commitments are met, implementing

corrective actions

when necessary.

Manage the return process for

unserviceable parts .

Requirements

Education

– University Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, Management Engineering, or similar relevant fields.

Experience

– Junior: 1–3 years of working experience.

Language Skills

– Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 level or equivalent).

IT Skills

– Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Behavioral Competencies

– Strong analytical and complex thinking skills; Decision-making ability; Change-oriented; Results-oriented and highly effective in execution; Customer-focused (internal/external); Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Other Requirements

– Availability for business travel when required.
