ELI - Sales Engineer Specialist

In this role you drive technically solid bids for AW169, assessing customer needs and shaping offers for civil and military campaigns. You collaborate across engineering, program management, and sales to build feasible, competitive solutions and presentations. You lead technical documentation for bid processes and support commercial negotiations, contributing to product marketing and market analysis. This is a cross-functional, international position with exposure to tendering, configurator tooling, and customer-facing presentations. Performance bonus linked to business results Welfare vouchers worth 250 per year Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Permanent contract Respond to RfI/RfQ/RfP and prepare technical documentation for bids and proposals Coordinate and integrate the technical offer with Engineering and Program Managers to assess feasibility of non-standard configurations Support customer negotiations by evaluating technical deviations from the original proposal Provide product and performance information to Sales units during pre-bid phases and perform competitive analyses Define and maintain commercial standard configurations using the Commercial Configurator tool Promote LH selling standards during pre-bid, bid, and negotiation phases Contribute to Product Marketing Plan and Business Case by analysing tender requirements and market needs Collect product roadmap initiatives and share with the reference unit Degree in Engineering (preferably aeronautical) or STEM Excellent/Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) Interest in aeronautical technologies and rotorcrafts operational requirements and technical aspects Strong ability to build collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders Capability to handle multi-tasks and priorities under pressure Willingness to travel and be available for long periods abroad; driver’s license/auto ownership preferred
