Experteer Overview

As a Business Data Analyst within ELITE, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You’ll work across Strategy and Business Development to support internal analysis, onboarding, and client-focused data initiatives, while collaborating with product, sales and marketing. You will build and maintain data assets and dashboards to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. This role combines data management, analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to support ELITE’s mission of connecting private companies to skills, networks and capital.

• Data Management: consolidate, quality-check and integrate data from the community to produce usable datasets for analysis and future ML operations
• Unstructured data valorization: classify and extract relevant information from diverse sources
• Ensure data quality and governance of internal data assets

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years in data management, analytics or insight generation
• Experience supporting business development, strategy, innovation or sales is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Queries, R, SQL and Python; data visualization with Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to leverage internal/external relationships and drive projects
• Proactive, precise, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a cross-functional environment
• Collaborative, customer-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
