EMEA Buyer Wine & Other Raw Ingredients

As part of the Global Product Related procurement team, you will lead the regional sourcing of wine, grapes, distillates and other ingredients for EMEA. You’ll develop and execute a category strategy that balances availability, profitability, sustainability and operational excellence. You will partner with functions to define needs, select suppliers, and manage risk and performance across the supplier lifecycle. This role offers visibility into a global, matrix organization and the chance to drive real impact on profitability and supply resilience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape Campari Group’s ingredient strategy in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

• Develop and drive the regional (EMEA) category sourcing agenda for Wine and Other Ingredients
• Design and execute the regional category sourcing strategy across availability, profitability, sustainability and operational excellence
• Own regional contract negotiations and define supplier selection criteria
• Segment suppliers and implement SRM strategies by relationship tier
• Build internal and external partnerships to secure category deliveries
• Lead supply risk analysis and mitigation throughout procurement processes
• Drive Supplier Lifecycle Management with qualification, auditing, risk and performance management
• Identify opportunities to protect profitability and optimize spend
• Minimum 3–5 years in procurement within multinational consumer goods firms, focusing on product-related materials
• Experience across cross-cultural environments in a matrix organization is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Genuine interest and curiosity for AI applications with critical thinking
• Leadership capabilities and ability to mobilize teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills
