We are seeking a member of the Supply Chain and Logistics team in charge of balancing the supply with the demand and sales within the EMEA region.

Manage inventory to support demand and sales and key performance indicators as service level and inventory targets.
For finished goods, liaise with business, service, worldwide internal and external suppliers, warehouses, logistics teams, customer service and other back-office functions.
For Parts, liaise with WW service parts planners, service engineering, internal and external suppliers, warehouses, logistics team, customer service and other back-office functions.
Focus on meeting customers and dealers' expectations regarding supply of critical parts.
For finished goods Inventory management
Build the appropriate level of inventory into the region to meet the business needs, customer service level and inventory goals
Understand supply and demand risks and opportunities to forecast inventory level
Participate to inventory performance reviews and document risks, opportunities and gaps
Determine best replenishment process at item level and adapt it to market evolution (non stock, reorder point, takt, safety stock)
Identify, track and share any deviation to plan (slow moving inventory, overstock and short dated products), understand the financial impact and take appropriate actions to avoid scrapping
Achieve KPI : inventory and service levels and slow moving inventory
Track products by serial number along the supply chain as requested
Prepare the Sales and Operation Plan package
Demand management
Work closely with the business to understand sales forecast by product family
Reconcile aggregate and item level demand forecast
Monitor daily demand, allocate products to customer orders on a daily basis
Provide availability dates
Identify any availability risk, build recovery/contingency plans and communicate proactively to the business
Track and measure sales forecast accuracy
Supply management
Build aggregate supply plans to support sales and inventory and service level targets
Build item level replenishment plans
Understand any supply constraint and include into aggregate and item level plans
Reconcile aggregate and item level supply plans
Track and measure internal and external suppliers' performances
Place and manage Purchase Orders (PO) to internal and external suppliers based on supply plan requirements
For Parts
Expedite all priority service parts orders through entire Supply Chain process including any required approvals
Understand any supply constraint and assist in prioritizing customer orders
Own entire order process from demand to shipment
Continuous communication to customers on estimated delivery dates and other potential changes to orders
Work together with parts planners for purchase order placement (quantity required and method of shipment)
Place emergency orders with internal and external suppliers
Follow up on purchase orders placed and ensure they are received with priority at the regional warehouse
New part set-up requests in business system
Support new products launch, discontinuation, source of supply change
Projects, continuous improvement
Drive inventory and cycle time improvements
Support new products launch, discontinuation, source of supply change
Participate in projects impacting Supply Chain activities
Focus on issues, identify root cause and build corrective and preventive actions plans
Push repair/warranty processes with external vendors
KEY/CRITICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Demonstrated ability to work with business partners, understanding cultural, business and economic differences of the various countries
Proven ability to work and influence outcomes in a multiple countries / sites environment
Manage effectively the information flow with the key operational contacts, internal and external
Resistant to stress. Ability to handle workload variation while keeping good relationships. Ability to define and manage priorities

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Certified Supply Chain specialist with 3-5 years in Supply Chain and/or operational Logistics functions experience
Supply chain and Logistics degree and/or APICS certification preferred
Experienced knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Demand, Supply and inventory management
Good MS office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint
2+ years of SAP Order To Cash experience desired
Advanced level in English, ability to communicate effectively in multiple countries/sites environment
The position offers a permanent employment contract under the Italian National Collective Agreement (CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi). The gross annual base salary ranges from 30K to 35K.
