EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator

We are looking for an EMEA HR Legal & Admin Coordinator who will join our HR department in Milan office as direct report of the HR Director.
The candidate will be responsible for managing legal aspects related to human resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the company in the correct application of labor laws, for EMEA Region. S/he will collaborate with the HR team to provide legal advice on employment law, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues. The candidate will also support administrative activities.
Main Activities
- Provide legal advice on labor law for EMEA Region, for offices and stores
- Draft and review employment contracts, offer letters, termination letters, and disciplinary documentation.
- Support the management of labor disputes and disciplinary proceedings.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure company policies are updated accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, lawyers, and relevant authorities
- Manage the updating of internal policies, such as the company internal regulations, the smart working policy, and other HR-related guidelines
- Support EMEA administrative and payroll activities, such as timesheet closure and related processes.
- Manage and monitor all matters related to workplace Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations and managing any critical situations, ensuring proper reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
Skill Requirements
- Degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Labor Law.
- At least 3+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within Retail Corporate environments and/or law firms specialized in labor law.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian labor legislation.
- Knowledge of the “CCNL Commercio” is preferable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of HR legal matters across other European jurisdictions is considered a plus (France, UK, Germany).
