Job Purpose:
The Logistics Excellence Lead – EMEA supports the execution and continuous improvement of logistics operations across the EMEA region.
The role is focused on the practical management and coordination of logistics projects, operational improvements, system-related activities and day-to-day support for local logistics organizations. The position requires a hands-on and execution-oriented approach, working closely with local teams to solve operational issues, improve processes and support logistics transformation initiatives.
This role plays an important part in increasing the efficiency, standardization and reliability of logistics operations while supporting the development of stronger logistics capabilities across the region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate logistics improvement and transformation projects across EMEA, including:
- Support implementation and optimization of logistics systems and digitalization initiatives (WMS, TMS, document digitalization, etc.)
- Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities in collaboration with local logistics teams
- Gather business requirements and coordinate logistics-related system developments with IT and other functions
- Drive process simplification, harmonization and standardization initiatives
- Ensure effective project execution, stakeholder alignment and timely follow-up of initiatives
- Support the definition, implementation and monitoring of logistics KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Provide operational and system-related support to local logistics teams, including coordination of issue resolution, anomaly investigation and stakeholder alignment when required
Organization & Team Structure:
The role reports directly to the EMEA Logistics Manager and is part of the EMEA Logistics Excellence team.
The team operates at regional EMEA level and works closely with:
- local logistics organizations
- transportation teams
- IT
- supply chain and operations stakeholders
- cross-functional project teams
The role has broad exposure across the organization and collaborates with stakeholders from multiple countries and functions.
Travels across the EMEA region is expected as part of the role.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, process improvement or related fields
- Experience managing projects in dynamic and international environments
- Experience in logistics transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives preferred
- Exposure to operations/supply chain consulting environments is considered a plus
- Engineering background (Management Engineering or similar) preferred

- Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is considered a plus but not a must
