Job Description
Locations: Pogliano (Italy), Knowsley (UK), Ahrensburg (Germany). Program starts 1 October 2026.
As part of our European 24‑month program, you will gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience across our key Business Units. You will receive on‑job and formal training, coaching and mentoring, and ultimately be placed in a leading operations role.
Rotational Assignments
- Operations : Experience safety standards, process technology (mixing, feeding, extrusion, pelletizing), hardware components, production and resource planning, lean management and continuous improvement.
- Other key functions : Learn fundamentals of product development, formulation and scale‑up, basic quality control, analytical methods, product specifications and quality management systems.
- Operations abroad : Work at other production sites, learn different processes and cultures, and transfer best practices back to your future role.
Selection Process
- Initial phone screens: 1–30 April 2026.
- Recruitment events: 18 May–1 July 2026.
Program Start and End
- Start: 1 October 2026, Pogliano, Italy.
- End: 2028, Pogliano, Italy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience (including internship or student assignments).
- Desire to learn and make a difference in the Polymer/Chemical Industry.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Languages: English and Italian fluent.
- EU Category B Driving Licence.
