About Us

At Moteurs Baudouin , we deliver high-performance power solutions for demanding industrial environments, focusing on Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and CHP sectors. We are expanding across EMEA and seek an EMEA Project Sales Manager to lead complex sales cycles and foster strategic growth.

Your Impact

  • Manage the full sales cycle for technical and capital-intensive projects: needs analysis, tender management, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including industrial clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Aftersales) to deliver tailored commercial proposals.
  • Build turnkey offers that include engines, gensets, digital tools, and service packages.
  • Support business development in Power Plant, Oil & Gas, and CHP applications across the EMEA region.
  • Report on pipeline, forecasts, customer insights, and market trends using CRM tools.

Your Assets

  • Master's degree in Engineering, International Business, or Energy-related fields.
  • 7–10 years of experience in technical sales or project development, preferably in Power Generation, Diesel/Gas Engines, Oil & Gas, or Decentralized Energy/CHP.
  • Understanding of project environments: TCO analysis, site constraints, regulations, and commissioning.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; French or other EMEA languages are advantageous.
  • Autonomous, organized, customer-focused, and capable of working in multicultural and technical settings.
